Artfully balancing form and function, Vanlife Northwest developed the Space Cabin™ camper conversion for the Toyota Hiace van. Renown worldwide for its durability and versatility, the Hiace was chosen as the platform for the build as its compact size and 4wd lend itself to adventures down the road less traveled.
The Space Cabin™ camper conversion is sold as an add-on to our overhauled Hiace Super Custom vans. It includes the following features:

• Webasto AirTop 2000 diesel parking heater

Very nice. Great attention to detail. Wasn't expecting the heater.
I'm sure I'm the only one, but I'm was thinking that it would be very cool to have an attached or attachable tent addition onto the side of the van. Could be place for additional sleeping/cooking/ table etc., &/or a place to set up a composting toilet. I, frankly don't like having to find the camp toilet in the middle of the night, or if out in the boonies, would really be handy.

great job with the camper.. lots of good features and design..
Not sure about the lift etc though.. ride may be ok but handling is not these vans forte as standard, let alone putting it on stilts.. Good luck passing the swedish elk swerve test or similar..
also as good as they are these vans are death traps if you hit any animal larger than a gerbil at speed. Expect your legs to be studied by medical students, in a different room from your body of course if you have an actual crash with another car or roadside object.
but hey.. some say legs are overrated, they only give you sore knees.. You can get hand controls for cars these days that are pretty good so not a biggie.
However, i digress..
love the bed design and how you can sit facing back or front.. Nice looking cabinetry, good storage.. Good looking roof rack too.. Great job..

So the space cabin dont have working stove, and functioning compost toilet ? Design fail . Who needs lots of cabinets its a camper . 🙄
