I don't find anything wrong with just 1 or 2 games on a cart when they are quality newer games and they aren't too short. You are getting a physical game for not much more or even cheaper than you would buy them off non sale Steam. Keep the hits coming Evercade.
John, I used to see you on MetalJesus’s channel all the time and thought you were hilarious but TODAY is the first time I’m actually watching a lot of your content and I am so glad I did. You’ve gained a new subscriber
Aren't these some great games, John? Especially the Asterbros dual cart. I remember saying to you how those 2 games would make an excellent Evercade cart. Thanks for the video. You and your wife are in my thoughts.
Blaze are doing alot of great cartridges! With arcade, retro computer, retro games and new indie retro inspired independent games coming to the system all the time! I'm very excited to see what they have on offer next year! (I think my Evercade collection might outgrow some of my other systems at this rate!)
The Demons of Asteborg/Astebros is such an amazing combo! It's also the cheapest you can get both games on any platform plus it's physical! To me, this and the Xeno Crisis combo cart are reason enough to own an evercade system.
Whoa, I've been under a rock I guess, I've not ever seen anything about this Evercade. Most of those games look really amazing. Not so much the farming thing, but the adventure and sci-fi ones look awesome. Look like games I wished I could've had on game consoles way back when. Lol
Man, if they could ever get the rights to a classic EA genesis collection (haunting, mutant league, b.o.b, etc.) I would buy an evercade In a heartbeat!
I was never really interested in Evercade until the recent Duke remasters & ports. Good time to jump in since there are so many collections available and all pretty inexpensive. One bummer is it’s a shame you can’t buy directly from Evercade or a nice organized storefront. It can actually be someone confusing for a new buyer. Looks like Rondo/Castlemania are the best places to shop as Amazon is a mess. Too bad they discontinued the original handheld though, definitely not dropping $150 on the exp and I want a handheld.. so looks like I’m going to grab the “super pocket” from their sister company since it’s compatible with all the Evercade carts.
I just bought Full Void. Looks like my kind of game. 👌 Being relatively new to Evercade, one missing genre that surprised me was jRPGs. I really hope they at least try putting one out. I'll buy it even if I already own a copy elsewhere.
I love that they are doing some carts with only one game. I know that multi game carts are cheaper to make but, just like ever drives, that always felt so ghetto to me. I'd rather have a cart dedicated to each game like the old days.
Full void looks amazing and plays well. But man, was I disappointed in it as a total package. It's very short and once it's over, there's really no need to go back and play it again. It would have made for a nice weekend rental back in the SNES days.
I was going to buy every evercade cart but one is not usable without an upgrade so this whole system concept is an epic fail to me wish I saved my money
@@thezerneI have 2 8bitdo neo-geo and they are fantastic, but for a retro emulator console, it should have autofire in software like all emulator do since 1998.

Welcome aboard!
For me it’s the dualcart Demons / Astebros! What a combocart!
Thank you for the compiled mini reviews! You convinced me to pick a few of these up!
The Full Void game looks very interesting with awesome graphics.

Thank you so much for all the support and comments. Makes my day.
Merry Christmas and thanks for posting! 🎄🎮
I've wanted one of these for a while, I think it might be the next "toy" I buy.

Couldn't agree more!
Full Void recently purchase. Loving it. Takes me back to the 90s and the old Megadrive days!

John Hancock and Evercade
Have both Demons/AsterBros on Mega Drive/Genesis great games its good to see it on the EverCade especially the combo is nice
Excellent video John and I appreciate it.
Looks Fantastic, Wish they could bring the Commander Keen titles to the Evercade :D

$$$ to liscense these probably the reason why we haven’t see it
I'm loving all the new carts!
Oh hi, it's the Evercade Effect!
@@cyrollan 💯
Thanks for showing us 🌼😄
Good video! Evercade makes some great compilations of games for all of there systems! And affordable too! Nice!

Nice sets my friend
Evercade is quickly becoming my second favorite console. Switch still my number one. But man, does Evercade really give me so much retro goodness.
I own the Capcom super pocket, and i already cant wait to purchase an Evercade EXP!
If they do a MSX Konami collection, sign me up
Woah, some incredible games

As an original Intellivision gamer,I’m hoping to soon see an Imagic collection
Witch 'n' Wiz looks like it might be based on Pitman/Catrap.
I wish you could take 5-6min more to show stuff. So many games in such a short time
Covered a few already in more depth on my channel. Thanks for the feedback
I want a Williams cart with Robotron 2084, Defender, Defender 2, Joust, Sinister, Bubbles.
Very neat games bro!👍
Thanks for the visit

Is the d-pad a better build quality in the Vs joypad compared to the Evercade EXp?
Do the Astebros games come with Steam codes too?
No
Evercade's spelling mistakes now extend to actual game titles, I see.
I was going to buy every evercade cart but one is not usable without an upgrade so this whole system concept is an epic fail to me wish I saved my money
Do you mean the word update? What is so wrong with having an update to a console?
I just have the Super Pocket player, so I guess if a game requires a firmware upgrade, I can't play it on that device?
no autofire = no buy
I use 8bitdo arcade stick with my evercade vs, you can assign auto fire to any button on the fly with that, great for the shooters
@@thezerneI have 2 8bitdo neo-geo and they are fantastic, but for a retro emulator console, it should have autofire in software like all emulator do since 1998.
Autofire FFS. Why not just hold out for a Game Genie?
Not interested in the last 6-8 Evercade carts. I know I'm a lone voice on that. 😢 (ps Nice meeting you at TORG)
