Tennis is a huge part of my life - I’m obsessed with it and I’ve played for years. I went to watch a D1 college tennis match at my university and I watched the guy who lost leave the building. He was so upset. He threw his towel at the building, stormed off into the rain. As I watched this (like a creep, whoops) I felt jealousy. I wished I knew the strong emotions he felt after losing a match at that caliber of tennis. I wished I was him, feeling the pains of competitive losses. What it feels like to have all this pressure to win, to lose it for your teammates, to wish you did better. His experience was an opportunity not many have. I was never good enough to be a D1 athlete. Of course he is in pain, and it sucks, but it was beautiful. If I were in his shoes, I’d like to think I’d find motivation to become better, and to win next time - and that’s pretty awesome. Anywayyy that’s a random rant I’m gonna leave on this. Your video is great, I like how ya think sir.
@@jamesywu can’t say I didn’t get upset a lot…😅😂 but I cut my younger self some slack. Definitely takes some maturing and perspective to handle that anger someone brings upon themselves

Had the exact same experience when i was playing - would always watch people chuck their stuff and throw mini fits and not really get it..
