Hello., yes I have read that one too, kinda confusing and Im sorry Im not sure exactly the explanation about it, but Im sure that we can send it together with the Adjustment of Status. We also submitted it after we got married together with I-485 and I-131. And I know a lot of my fellow k1 who did the same. Some of them received an approval before they got their green cards. 😊

I have that tutorial on my AOS video where to submit your application. or you can go directly to the USCIS website and look for the address.,☺

I would say you dont have to pay for the fee since you are applying for AOS which is pending, depending on when you submitted I-485 for AOS as well,. but since there has been changes on the filing fees since April 2024, I am not so sure about your application situation sir, you might want to check back their website under filing fees , just in case,. but based on my understanding, you dont have to pay the fee for i-765 if you filed the i-485 before April 01, 2024.www.uscis.gov/g-1055?form=i-765

Kasi kami we going to send this together with our I485 and I already married can I choose married kaya sa part na yan or still single?

If mag file after april 1, 2024 separate fee na sis. I’m not so sure but please check sa website sis, click mo muna kung anong form then under sa filing fee makikita mo each category ang fee sis 😊

That's right sir. So under category a(6) if you are not filing for AOS. But under category c(9) if you are filing together with AOS. So authorized to work within 90 days, until applicant gets her greencard if she has applied for AOS. Sorry, Im going through all the filtered and unreplied messages ,.

Yes sis if I-485 lang ang sinubmit mo, wait ka lang sa greencard, included na yan lahat sis kasi permanent resident ang greencard sis. 😊

We sent original photos. But if you have it on your computer, you may have it printed in colored ones. I think that’s okay too. 😊
