    You're such a gem. So glad I discovered your videos. If we are drying the meat with oven, do we still put the carton you included, and should one use the up or down butner. Thank you.

      This is a worthy compliment to behold ! God bless you 🤍

      To answer your question, no, you do not put a carton when drying the meat in an oven .
      Also, I usually rotate between the top and bottom..in most cases, I regulate my oven way down to 130 degrees ..so it is a mixture of hot and cold because I want to dry my meat... So you can rotate between hot and cold .. or settle for the down burner.
      Also, I use an airfryer, too, since my oven got bad.

    Approximately how many hours will i use in drying using this method?

    • @LaminAkonjom
      @LaminAkonjom  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not hours , you'll probably use minutes..your fire too has to be at medium to low not high. So it doesn't get burnt ..but if we must consider hours , then an hour will do .

    • @LaminAkonjom
      @LaminAkonjom  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Also, if you have to take time before sending it , then you'll just be sunning it or placing in an over for a few minutes ...then seal properly ..that way it can be store up for more than a year.

    Can this process be done with a gas cooker or it has to be on firewood?

    • @LaminAkonjom
      @LaminAkonjom  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It can be done with a gas cooker as well ..and you'll have to keep stirring so it doesn't get burnt too.

    in Indonesia there are lots of snails I don't understand how to sell

    • @LaminAkonjom
      @LaminAkonjom  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hiiii.
      Thank you for Watching.
      I think I can suggest ...you can decide to sell them fresh or dried .
      So you'll have to buy them first and see how much profit you can make from them ..if you know of anyone who sells them , you could ask them how much profit there is in the business , or you can as well ask your supplier how much profit you can make.

    • @LaminAkonjom
      @LaminAkonjom  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I am from cameroon, so the cost price and profit is something we take into consideration here .
      How much would we spend and how much will we gain .
      Also, here in cameroon, snails are expensive according to seasons ...and are very much scarce sometimes.
      So all of that is taken into consideration.

      @@wahyugiatmo Hii ma'am.
      I really do appreciate your offer but given that you are in Asia and I am in Africa , I feel it will be costly and stressful on you.

      But I have a supplier here too and I wish I met you earlier , thank you for being kind and bringing on this great offer.
