why is this subbed they all speak english and read english none of them know japanese so why no do dub

I think sub is a better option for them because it has basically no haters and makes it possible even for japanese audiences to watch, while a lot of people, even in the West, do hate dub.

Japanese voice acting is typically better for anime. Sub makes it possible to enjoy the voice acting while being able to understand the dialogue.

Because Japanese version is the original one and Japanese voice actors are in another level when it comes to voice acting.
