i had a "how to fly" dream as well and my process was a chant/ dance "I touch my toes, I reach the sky, I sprout my wings and then I fly!" and then I'd jump while saying "fly" and boom. Props to child me being able to somewhat rhyme in my dreams

Flying worked almost exactly the same in my dreams. It was crazy hearing that. And it was almost always at my elementary school. But I started getting better at flying and I could do it by just bending my knees. It was more like hovering than flying.
To fly in my dreams I have to double jump like in Minecraft creating mode but the moment I need to fly away from something the space bar that I always have in front of my vanishes

My dream about One piece The princess of albanya and zoro was on the ship,the princess was wearing a japanese/chinese/korean clothing and japanese make up i think because her face was full of white powder the princess strokes Zoro's cheek and proceeded to say "I will always be your mulan mole" then she walks away zoro is speechless sanji saw the whole thing and was unbothered zoro says to sanji "did you see that" and then sanji walks away ,luffy was also there wearing a pink sleeveless dress and eating an apple while making sounds on the hallway of the ship This scene was related to that episode were they had to leave the princess since her mission was completed

The most funniest thing happened to me is that I remember every detail in my dream than my real life! Ever since I was a kid I always remember my dreams, some are scary(I was followed by a black spirit kid that always end up in a dressing store), some are prediction(I dreamed that it will rain next day and I wasn't carry any umbrella so I got soak, so in real life I bring my umbrella and the rain suddenly poured), some are beautiful(I was in food world, a planet where everything is edible. Dunno maybe I sleep hungry that time.. LOL)

Everyone has multiple dreams during their sleep. Average is 5-7 in one night. You forget the first dreams while you’re still asleep and maybe can just remember the last seconds of your last dream. When you immediately wake up and get out of that momentum you forget it faster because your brain is focused on more important tasks. You can simply train your dream memory by laying in bed for a few minutes after you’ve woken up and try to remember what you dreamed about.

I have no idea why, but I can remember almost every single dream after I wake up that I had.
The most funniest thing happened to me is that I remember every detail in my dream than my real life! Ever since I was a kid I always remember my dreams, some are scary(I was followed by a black spirit kid that always end up in a dressing store), some are prediction(I dreamed that it will rain next day and I wasn't carry any umbrella so I got soak, so in real life I bring my umbrella and the rain suddenly poured), some are beautiful(I was in food world, a planet where everything is edible. Dunno maybe I sleep hungry that time.. LOL)

Everyone has multiple dreams during their sleep. Average is 5-7 in one night. You forget the first dreams while you’re still asleep and maybe can just remember the last seconds of your last dream. When you immediately wake up and get out of that momentum you forget it faster because your brain is focused on more important tasks. You can simply train your dream memory by laying in bed for a few minutes after you’ve woken up and try to remember what you dreamed about.
