Looks like nothing new there that was not in the big on tour books a few years ago and the omaga boot plus all the music is out there so I will not be getting this rip off from Sony they have had enough money out of me now.
The amiga set itself was mostly a rip off from previous bootlegs. Theres alot of documentation and information along with new pictures in here. Audiowise we have some new audio from the february 1972 multitracks.. to call this a rip off is a slap in the face of the people who worked 2 years on it, sony has nothing to do with the books only the audio portion
You can't judge a book by the cover. Like Elvisdinnershow said, The Amiga set is a rip off from other bootlegs like Madison and Victrola. And the book looks like cheap labor from an amateur. It was nice to have a few years back, but the FTD set blows it completely out of the water. And indeed the Lorentzen books are very good, but FTD/Flaming Star did obtain new unpublished photos you could not have seen anywhere else before. I know they work 3 years on projects like this, from an idea until the finished product. The beauty of it is that the haters don't have to buy it. I'm glad I did tho. I do also have the Lorentzen books, and both releases supplement eachother. Last but not least FTD is an official label under license from Sony, so they never can rip off anything. Only bootlegger are ripping off EPE/Sony. And no I'm no saint either, I buy bootlegs as well, just taking care of business.
