I love that kind of lipstick color. I have Mum from Melt Cosmetics (not sure if it has ever been reformulated). It is not super drying like a traditional matte. It has kind of a playdough smell which is pleasant to me. Thickish spread but very opaque and not flaky. They used to sell a teal shade that I got because another YTer did a mermaid lip look using that color.
