    Calisthenics i türkiyede büyütmeye çalışmak çok güzel birşey uzun zamandır sizi takipteyim hıq sporcusu olduktan sonra aşırı mutlu olmuştum hatta :D sizi izledikçe gaza geliyorum normalde 2 senedir body building antrenmanları yapıyorum ama muscle up için gaza geldim ve 2 haftalık bir çalışma sonucunda 3 4 tane muscle up atabiliyorum artık sıradaki hedef amud video çekmek için bukadar uğraşıp birde evde editlemeye uğraşıp etiketti vs di uğraşmak mental olarak bazen yorabilir ama motivasyon olsun diye söylüyorum calisthenics içerikleri üretmeyi bırakmayın seviyoruz sizi #STAYFITFAMILYY

    4:46 abi Ben onceden bodicilik yapacakdim yaptigim tek şey 25-30 şınavdı ama 1 aya muscle up yaptim(daha dün 3 tane)
    (yaşım 16 daha yeni ekimde 16 oldum kilo 60 - 70)

    4-5 barfiks ceken arkadaşın patlayici kuvveti var ki cekiyor. Diger taraftan 20 tane ceken patlayici degilse kendini barin üstüne atamiyor.
