    Fitted a set on my 890 Rally. Hugely impressed! Seem to get better milage on the rear than on the E09 Dakar. Been using the E09 rear and E13 front as my go to set on the 1290 Adventure R and 690. For proper offroad use there are no other tyre I would consider. In saying this but my priority is max controled traction and front tyre cornering confidence. 3000 to 4000km in a rear tyre is my happy place. It's all what you looking for in a tyre hey

    • @manybikes

      100% and well said. I agree that 3k in the rear is a good number. Front traction is #1 ... Gotta trust the front while the rear EATS!

    Cherry on the cake - I spoke with a Mitas guy at the Lyon bike show. You can also mix and match these tyres with their E07’s. A Trail XT on the front and an E07 on the rear works brilliantly if you need to do a bit of road riding on the way to the trails.

    • @manybikes
      @manybikes  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      100%! All three of the Enduro Trails tires can be intermixed to tailor traction and performance on-road or off-road depending on rider preference. Great tires.

    Info for someone wanting the E07+/Enduro Trail+. I ran them on my Super Ten, got about 8K, pretty aggressive peg dragging, winter riding, Tail of the Dragon. I rode about 70/30 for its life. Maybe had a bit more life in the rear but not much. Front still had some to go also. But had I guess cupping from normal tires, each tread block was a bit different height to each other.

    hello there , What would be the difference between these and the rockrider mc23 ? In particular for smaller adventure bikes like the Royal enfield 411. Muz from oz

    • @manybikes
      @manybikes  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I would say the biggest differences will be sizes, tread block make-up and intended use. The rockrider mc23 is more of a 50/50 trail tire that is labeled as a 60 Dirt and 40 street tire where the XT+ is a bit more aggressive and luggy and is rated as 80% Dirt / 20% Street tire.

    Do you know if they'll have a non-dakar 130/80 18 or 130/90 18 rear? After getting only 50 miles down on my i/t I learned 2 things: 1 it won't last very long & 2: I really like the more narrow tire. If mitas won't have a 130 in a non-dakar I'll probably try motoz's tubed 130 h/t or their tubed 130 rallz

    • @manybikes

      The E10 Dakar did come tubeless. I really liked that tire!

    • @chukku2175
      @chukku2175 ปีที่แล้ว

      @manybikes Yes, both the E09 and the E10 are available as TL but they are slightly more road oriented.
      But this new Enduro Trail XT is supposed to be the successor to the E12/13 (basically the more hardcore rally version of the E09), which only exists as a TT.
      So the question still stands: will the XT now be available as TL or only as TT, like its predecessor?
      Also: I am very cautious about all Mitas "Dakar" (yellow stripe) variants. The harder compound improves lifetime but ruins wet performance (safety) on tarmac. So I would only use them if you live in a very dry climate.
      Here in central Europe I would always get the softer non-dakar variant and accept the shorter life-span. Safety is more important.

      Not so much… from what I’ve been told they have redesigned the carcass and it has a different rubber compound than the E09. It is supposed to last longer and work better.

    I would say pronunciation wise, its not 'Meetas' but 'Meyetas'. Us Irish can speak English better than the English and we can all speak English better than the yanks. If the Czechs say 'Meetas' they definitely can't speak English! 🤣

      They say “meet us” is the right pronunciation

      Hey only only pulling your leg of course. I just saw your adventure tyre review from 2020, great work, very informative.
