    *By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

    I stumbled across Amy's workouts whilst looking for a kettle-bell and TRX workout. I have been eating healthy and working out twice a day for 8 weeks and my body has had a fantastic transformation, at the age of 49 years old it just shows you it's never too late.       Maybe your Kettle Bell is too heavy? I would go down a pound, just be careful not to strain a muscle. =)

    What is great about kettle balls is that usually guys at the gym never use them... guess who will have them all for herself? :) Thank you Amy for this WO!

      interesting points ,if anyone else is searching for best kettlebell routine try Renkarter Bell Fitness Report (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy got great success with it.

    Thanks loved it. Fell off the workout wagon months ago when I injured my rotator cuff. The injury has healed since but im still not working out. Really just wanting to tone my arms and abs a bit (6 mo postpartum) so loved this targeted video. Thank you!

    Just so you guys know, if you dont have a kettlebell, swaping it out for a dumbbell is also another option if you want to follow this workout.

    I don't know if Amy answers comments at all or not, so if anyone feels that they know the answer to this, feel free!
    At around 5:10-5:14, you're talking about it being fine to either do those with the kettle bell in one hand or two hands, and then you mention being weaker on one side. Are you saying if a person is weaker on one side, it's better to use one hand or both?

    Stop the curls earlier. If you raise your arm to the limit you reach a stage of relaxed biceps.

      Depends how much weight you're using. If you create microtears in the muscles due to lifting they'll grow back stronger. Doing that enough they'll look bigger
