Plus, Mommy did say before she died that he would make her part of him. The hands' structure is also similar to her hand. Though, in chapter 3, we did see ONE of Mommy's' hands, maybe the prototype took the other one. And maybe CatNap wasn't just making a shrine for him, but also might've given the prototype toy parts. But that's just what I think.

I have this weird theory. The prototype was mentioned is poppy playtime chapter 1-3 although it wasn't shown in the first chapter. We all saw that it took the remains of mommy long legs, and catnap, it was also shown in chapter three that catnap is having a "ritual" for the prototype. Maybe the prototype is using the remains of the other toys like mommy long legs and catnap to slowly build itself together and MAYBE we might face it once it finished itself.
