Thanks for the compliment 😇. Hmm, I understand your frustration as this has happened to me so many times. I would ask what they have in the pipeline and what they had in mind for you when they employed you. How long does induction generally take and is there anything you can do to add value while they decide what projects you'll be allocated on - maybe there are small change requests you could help with, or documents you could read to start understanding the organisational structure, processes, etc.
I'm not sure I understand the second question - do you mind rephrasing.
