You guys if you haven't listened to the audio drama you need to. It's the best version imo. You get book quality but with voices/acting. And then of course The Untamed offers a sweeter side to teenage Lan Zhan than the book. So you must do all versions to get the fullness and the greatness
I actually happy that lan qiren had better character development in this version. Yes his rigded and loves his rules but his also human some neither (the book or the live action coved but still love both formats). It actually make me like the guy better. If you think he had to be both uncle/parent as well lead the lan clan which would be alot on his shoulders something im sure he wasn't prepared for.
