Jin Guangyao framed Mo Xuanyu too, made everyone think he was some lunatic in love with his brother, when in reality JG is the one that had a child with his sister! This entire story is brilliant

So now he is right in front of him telling him that he's NOT alone anymore, that they both can go through all this together. In the book is mentioned several times that Lan Zhan is protecting Wei Ying against everyone and everything around, so metaphorically speaking here we can appreciate what is mentioned in the book.
JC looks like he's about to cry. He learns the truth and its THIS! His siblings, his brother in law, his nephew all suffered because of these two and JGY still tries to blame others.
Jiang Cheng's eyes were more shiny than usual in the light because it started to get watery. He really felt worse that time that WWX was killed by him and others because of someone else's ridiculous revenge
what i love about MDZS is how multimedia it is. i watch The Untamed for the acting, the donghua for overall experience, the audio drama for nuances and intimacies, Q for lightheartedness. ps. this scene was done better in the live action imo. Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo's acting elevate this specific sequence of events, regardless of how bad the CGI is. just love all of it sm
JGY is evil but I can't completely hate him because he said the truth about JC's attitude towards WWX, JC decided to blame WWX and care about the public opinion instead of taking his brother's side. Someone had to say it out loud so I'll forever be grateful for that 👏 I actually like him a lot more than JC. In the end JGY got the ending he deserved so I'm not gonna defend him either I just think his character is very well written, MXTX did an amazing job with him 🙌
I mean it wasn't one sided. The whole Bound btw JC and WWX fell because both of them let it happen. Would have JC defended WWX even more than what he did , cause he did early on with JY, it would have cost him is Sect. He is the leader, he can't put the live of one person ahead of a whole group, even less in the position he was at the moment (Sect bearly alive, Lanling, Gusu, Qingue being in an alliance through its SwornBrother, Lanling looking for a reason to crush YJ). And WWX didnt leave him many choice, instead of talking with him, he just went ahead and created more problem . Communication is alway key in most situation, and both of them lacked of it.

Wei Wuxian always supported JC, even when he was feeling down and weak specially after Fengmian and Madam Yu were killed he was strong for both JC and his shijie and he even gave him his golden core that's how much he loved him. He always put his family first. And no he didn't "create more problems" is actually the opposite, the reason he left was because he didn't want to affect JC and his sect not because he had communication problems or anything, what else could he do? You think he was supposed to abandon the innocent people in the Wen clan and let them get killed just because everyone wanted a bloodbath?. Of course not. JC turned his back on the Wens because he is ungrateful and only cares about himself and his sect but WY will never be like that he is a fair person and he would never hurt someone that doesn't deserve it. The truth is that JC could handle things better just like Guang Yao said, he could support his brother at least from far away when he had the chance but he didn't and not only that he basically tried to kill him because he led the first seige along with the leaders of the other sects. JC himself admits that he blamed WY unfairly because he just needed someone to blame. The only person in the Yunmeng clan that actually cared about Wei Wuxian and saw him as real family was Yan Li and that's a fact. Even LZ did a lot more for WY back then than JC, also LZ had so much more to lose

And lets not forget, spoiler alert if you are not there yet, JC lost his own golden core to protect WWX. So JC love WWX as much to purposely almost risque to be killed at the hand of the Wen. To say only Yanli saw him as family is a lie, not a fact. Otherwise why would he keep Chenqing that long and on him in the end? And he created problem left and right. Being arrogant and purposely challenging people, that made JC as his sect leader in difficult position. And people used JC because of that. JC own lack of confidence due to his own upbringing made him an easy target for manipulation and . To say the that JC turned is back to the wen because he was ungrateful is plenty stupid. He owe the Wen nothing other than to WQ and WN. Would you try to save people that are from the same clan that decimated yours? To risque the fragility of your sect, the people in it that are looking up to you to protect them, for people that are, yes innocent, but would cost you what you are trying to build anew? He couldn’t afford that not upon the way WWX acted first. It was to late. WWX killed people from Lanling. Going to his brother and sister first may would have helped. Jc smoothing thing from his side and JY may even have helped with JZ who could have convinced his father. And what did LZ had to lose? Nothing more than JC as a sect leader. And JC alway tryed to help him, maybe not in the right way, but he tryed. Even when WWX left, he still sneaked Yanli so he could see her. He never hated WWX even to that point. Even after WN killing JZ he is still trying and clearly still care for WWX. He snapped when JY died. And who wouldn’t at that moment? When everything was pointing out at WWX losing is control. Even WWX believed it at that point and the reason wich leaded to his different ending. Both went stupid in how they handled the situation, pinning everything on JC is dumb. WWX was acting to much alone without thinking of consequence, and Jc was easy manipulate through is own insecurity.
I still think Jin Guangyao was not so bad. If people treated him the right way, everything would be completely different. Yes, it is true that he has committed bad deeds, but very few people are crystal clear in this world. I was so sad that he ended up like this. It is also very depressing how Lan Xichen endured it.

He did a lot of good. But even then he chose to go the darker path, and it was a choice. Not everyone that is treated badly turn to killing. I feel all character in MDZS are well written, and to an extent, can be well loved.
I still can’t fathom why Jiang Chen led the siege on the Wen remnants, even though they’re weak, old and children, and HE KNOWS. Jiang Chen is the Type to avoid conflict with higher power and suck his thumb 😔 honestly he’s too young to be as a sect leader with inexperience emotional trauma.
