  • Flavio Refrigeri, Aesthetic Practitioner at Fiore Aesthetics, explains and demonstrates the i-PRF Microneedling treatment.
i-PRF Microneedling is a revolutionary, minimally invasive treatment that uses Platelets Rich Fibrin (PRF) and tiny needles to stimulate collagen production, improve skin texture and tone, and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It effectively rejuvenates the skin and treats acne scarring, sun damage, and other skin imperfections.

Hello and thank you for your comment . Our preference is not to use topical anaesthetic when working with IPRF ( platelets ) numbing creams or any anaesthetic solution can restrict blood vessels therefore minimise blood flow . In the video Flavio was working at 0.75 to 1mm depth therefore no numbing is needed . When treating at deeper layers 1.5 + 2.5mm or 3mm we do use some topical anaesthetic . I hope we have answered your question x

Great Video! Thanks for your time! I used the same tubes for PRF no solution or additives. Some time the blood get clot. Any suggestion? Centrifuge machine? Time the Speed? Thanks.

Hello Mariana , apology for the late reply . The best time is 8 minutes at 800 speed . Flavio x

Hi , I did 800 for 8 min and my prf started to clot after 40 min. You can also keep the prf in the ice jar

@@tnguyen2526 8 minutes at 800 speed is what the research papers are showing to be most effective. I always advice to use it within 20 to 25 minutes maximum. I have myself experienced clotting after 30 minutes . I don’t practice IPRF in ice . Thanks Flavio
