It is not a question of Pressure - It is a question of technique. He has too many flaws. His foot movement, hard hands, inability to play the moving ball and spinning tracks. He is not learning because he gets easy pitches in the middle where he makes runs. You are wrong with your analysis. Obviously when the pitch is easy you can play through the line and pressure is less - I have followed him closely and he does well under pressure - especially that high pressure match against Pakistan U19 in 2019 semifinal. It was tremendous pressure against quality bowling. But the pitch was good. I don't think you understand the importance of technique. Even that time I knew he had technical difficulties but lot of them were singing his glory to early. Unless he fine tunes his technique he is going to be erratic.
He is a good player but inconsistent. His 50 while taking India home against England on a Day 5 turner in Ranchi 2024 and Day 5 91 at the Gabba in 2021 are his match winning innings under pressure. It's just that he is inconsistent and needs to improve on that and few flaws in his technique. He was very unlucky to miss out and the only reason is that Rohit is the captain and we cannot keep him out.

India also dont send the players outside for other leagues so they do not get used with foreign conditions whereas foreign players get opportunity to get used with Indian conditions. One series player plays with 20 Lakh and next year after performance it gets to 14 Crores and then they stop showing the hunger.

I think people tend to misunderstand Manjrekar a lot. Yes he predicts early for players but he analyses the game pretty well & especially batsman's techniques excellently. Whatever technical glitches he highlighted for Kohli are absolutely true & that is happening with Kohli time & again. He did not rule out Reddy completely before the game he just wanted an explanation for excluding Gill who is a proper batsman. Gill is unfortunate to miss out because of Rohit's position. I find Manjrekar's technical analysis very intriguing.
