If you really want to own the truck at the end (this applies to new trucks), SFI will allow you to extend your lease for another year. Doing that will reduce your balloon payment to own the title. Between that extra year lease extension and NOT using your maintenance fund money (pay that shit out of pocket), you should end up super close, if not more than enough to clear that title without paying anything out of pocket. Lots of people have done it this way.
I made the mistake of ordering a specific color and trim - a blue premium. Big mistake in hindsight. It took 4 1/2 months for the truck to come in and because it was ordered for me, I couldn’t switch to something in stock. I had to wait. If you want a truck sooner rather than weeks or months later, be open on color and trim and let them tell you what trucks they have to choose from when it’s your turn on the wait list.
After 3 yrs that's $194k in payments ($59k buyout), but with a 4th yr option your at $259k and u still have to come up with $20k to get the title. I know $59k is a lot but you could save $26k with the buyout. I guess if you want the peace of mind and warranty that comes with a new truck than this is an option. Personally I've always purchased a used truck, never leased. Didn't want to live in it for 2, 3, or even 4 yrs in order to pay it off. Got a 2017 now, looking at buying a 2020 this summer. Thanks for the informative video.
I agree with you 100% it’s definitely a lot of money to spend. It’s a good start if needed but long term I don’t think it’s worth it unless you pull the truck from them at the 18 months and go through a bank
I got the agreement from SFI my question brother how is the work?do u encourage me to get it because I heard a lot driver complaints no money no profits is that true? Thank u bro
How many miles per week do you run? Do you make enough to pay for the truck and take money home? I am looking to get a truck from Sufi and lease on to Schneider.
How many miles I do I honestly don’t count them. I take home more than enough. Check out my other videos I show my take home amounts after all expenses.
I’m not sure the difference in the pays but I know the all in shows you just what you taking home and the percentage board gives you a break down of everything you getting paid for. I’ve heard they are almost the same when it comes to pay but that’s just what i heard. I’ve never seen the percentage board.
Hey bro I just got approved for a truck and I’m closing in two weeks. My truck payment is 900 and my “maintenance fee” are 135. What is the benefit s of the maintenance fees? Do they pay your repairs? I tried to contact sfi but sometimes it’s impossible to get through lol

🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️. Warranty doesn’t cover everything. So a maintenance account is smart. It’s your money not theirs. If you pay the truck off early you lose nothing. It’s the same way if you go to a dealership and pay for a 180k truck for 6 years you still paying hella interest on the truck in those years.

How many times have they lied to you about following company policies that don't apply to OOs? How many times have you had to deadhead over 300 miles to get a load because their market is garbage?
Honestly boss. I don’t deal with none of that. I’ve never had to chase a trailer. I’ve had a few loads get pushed back but I’ve never had a week I didn’t take home money. I run the same areas and mainly the same loads each week so I’ve been good. Sucks you had a bad experience but so far it’s been okay.
Quick question. How long was the contract for the used truck that’s 900 a week? And what’s the balloon payment in the end? Also what type of truck is it and how many miles we’re on it?
That new truck has a factory warranty on it for catastrophic failures.
