I've received a few Dm's asking about my application process so I've finally done a video explaining it. I hope you will find it helpful if you are considering studying in Switzerland, especially starting your bachelor's at the University of St.Gallen (HSG). Feel free to leave any questions in the comment and I'll try my best to respond to them as soon as possible.

May I ask what you are currently studying? I am interested in majoring in economics or business but I worry about the German level as I don't speak it at all.
@@Lichasworld Hi, I'm currently in the assessment year of HSG so I study economics, business, and law and choose a major next year. A lot of people here don't speak german too, so you'll have to take german courses in the first year and pass German A2 as it's a uni requirement. You'll also have to take courses (12 credits) in German in Bachelors.

Thank you, the tuition is not quite free but much cheaper than for foreigners.

What is the minimum score IELTS exam in Swiss Universities for BS degree?
hey, I am a German student also doing the IB in an international school in Frankfurt(fluent in German and English). I have a German passport, do I still have to do the entrance exam though? Because I only take Physics and Math HL, I am a bit concerned about the entrance exam as there is also a bio and chemical part. And do I have to take the extended entrance exam or the short one?

I don’t work yet so I’m not sure how to answer this question…I think you can get a part time job if you’ve studied in Switzerland for 6 months but I’m not sure. It might also be a little hard finding a job speaking only english. Right now I’m in the process of finding a part time job too…wish you all the best!

Hey, I applied for hsg and have to do the admission test in June for the September semester and feeling kind of anxious because there isn’t a lot of information about the contents do you have any useful material or tips for me? I’d appreciate it. Thank you
May I ask how is the workload over there? Are there lots of projects? Are the exams very tough?
I’d say it’s tough during the learning period before the exam, you definitely need to study hard but it’s manageable!
Are you living in a college dorm? And also are you doing any part time jobs ?
I have a question about the application process about the university.
On their website, it's written that applicants that have completed their high school study in a foreign language must take the HSG admissions test.
On top of that, it says that only the HSG admissions test in considered in the selection process not the diploma applicants have completed in high school(A-levels, Ib).
Is this true?
To be honest , I’m not exactly sure since I didn’t take the admission test. However, from my understanding you just need to have the minimum required grade for your diploma (A-levels, IB) and meet all the subject requirements. Then the admission test is what is considered in the selection process.
Does Gallen university has some special consideration in terms of scholarships for less developed Countries?

How much time will it take to get Citizen in Swizerland
10 years before you can apply but you need to take a german test and a politics test, this is for the canton of Zurich but it differs for other cantons.

Hi, I only know that there are scholarships for students with academic excellence but I’m not sure about the details of it and if it’s applicable for international students.

English taught programs are available in this university ?
You can do programs mainly in english and just a few credits of german courses are needed.
is it fully covered?if yes,do they provide a place to live and give u some allowance?
Hii i'm also planning for my SIM master programme there i've researched some stuffs too can we plan? bcoz i'm Indian too..(basically my calculations are u can manage within 20 lacs the whole master including living and food & tution fee. I've also found there average salary is more than 80 lacs with 100% placement rate..

It's possible to study medicine in French at the University of Neuchâtel, without an admission test.

Yes, starting from 2020 there is a computer science program at HSG but taught in german. You can major in business, economics or international affairs in english.

Most Universities in Swiss ask for Cv could explain how to write such Cv....
My university had a template provided on the admission page of the university website, so I only had to write information according to the template (name, address, previous education, etc…)
