4:15 Yes, you can buy the cut off valve body, at least for my 09' ninja ex 250r and not too expensive, around 60$ at my dealer. I have a hard time right now with this valve, wish we could just bypass it but I know it's bad for the engine. Thanks for your videos, very well explained. 👍
What size o-ring did you use? This tip seems like something thatll end up coming in hand for just about most bikes but im actually chasing a vacuum leak on a 250 rn
Not exactly what size i use. I can double check but it just has to go down to the base of the stem and stay there. That way the tip no longer has to stop the air flow. When the valave is cloesd, the oring will stop any leaking. I would use what ever size is needed for the innner diameter of the oring fits snug on the shaft. The outer diameter doesnt really matter.

Why the outer diameter doesn't matter? It's not supposed to seal the small space between the shaft and the bore?
