One of my favourites by this band. And certainly a great arrangement, much better than anything this pianist here (*points at self) could write down, let alone actually play. Though I do miss the bass semiquavers from the original at the last repetition of the chorus (starting at 3:23). I think personally I'd prefer a simpler demiquaver ostinato using harmonic octaves for that part.
I love when people take the time to share feedback! Listening to that part I know what you mean - I think the bass lines are often the most challenging part of translating these bigger songs to a single piano part as it can get muddy very quickly and I try to balance for playability + original qualities once I actually input it.
