Did you ever figure out the left button activates the gyro for flight stabilization?

I have two types of motors in the kit, but I don’t understand how to replace them without damaging the plane. Maybe someone can help with information about it?

what is the max distance and height it can reach?

The transmitter range is about 600 - 800 feet, but since the plane is so small you won't want to go that far because you will probably loose orientation. I recommend staying within a 100 - 200 foot radius around you.

And what is the average flight time?

It depends on how cold it is(1 cell batteries don't preform well in the cold) and your style of flying. Usually you get between a 15 - 25 or even 30 minute flight times.
