Amazing videos - looks just like the one I saw this morning in the Chicago suburbs. The pics I got were poor though, and I’m showing tour video to my sisters so they can see what my photos should look like! 😂

Hello @suegrabarczyk4016, thank you very much for your kind words and for showing my video to your sisters 🙏😊 Yes, it took me many years to have equipment like this and of course there is more room for even better cameras and lenses. This was Panasonic LUMIX GH6 with a 100-300 mm Zoom lens. I usually try to record 4K videos with 120 fps (frames per second) to have the option of slow motion to better understand and analyse their occasional rapid motions... Cheers from Izmir, Turkiye 🌴🇹🇷🕊️🫒🌸🇺🇸💃⚓🧜‍♀️🐬🍀😎

Hello nice video of the pretty green heron.Im in north central Alabama. My back deck overlooks a creek that runs through my backyard.I have seen a few of these fishing around the creek but never heard their calls before. Now I know what to listen for so I can get my binoculars ready.I love watching the greens and the big great blues and how they patiently wait to snatch up a meal. Not to mention those belted kingfishers. Also fun to watch as they're so fast with keen eye sight for small minnows.Thank you so much!

@@VolkanYuksel Yeah, though it's technically a retention pond so there's not much in the way of fish other than Asian carp but we certainly get plenty of frogs

Retention ponds usually interconnected through underground pipes which is pehaps good for the bio diversity. But here in Florida, most retention ponds in the communities have the vegetation growth trimmed perhaps to eliminate alligator hiding areas 🌴🐸🦩🍀😎...
