Donna is sick of being caught in the middle and tells Brenda and Kelly that they're both wrong. #BeverlyHills90210 | Now streaming on Paramount+ Where to watch: para.mt/90210
Well they were all pretty good with each other the first 3 seasons. When Jennie started pulling down people’s pants for fun on set and Shan decided to flip Jennie’s skirt up to return the favor, Jennie went crazy and the two had a big fight. That was season 4 and around a time when Shan was late a bunch of times. They were all young and immature I’m sure. Like geminilady said, these two are actually fine nowadays. Seems like the whole original cast is on good terms.
Both Shannen and Jennie are very beautiful, charismatic and full of themselves here. Such iconic brunette and blonde of our high school times. Two popular girls competing with each other.
Donna is wrong. Brenda didn't give her so called best friend Kelly ti go out with her ex! And it's girl code that you never hook up with a friends ex. Kelly was in the wrong and Brenda had every right to hate her. Kelly was always envious of Brenda and she stabbed her in the back just to be the rebound chick who's sloppy seconds.
True, but he's like 17 or so in this scene. I don't know how old you are but me at that age... I thought I knew EVERYTHING and have things figured out.... While I knew big fat 💩😂🤦♀️ so yeah... I kinda understand why he acted that way. Don't approve, just understand somehow
In a real situation, this would have been the perfect opportunity for Kelly to show her loyalty by confessing to Brenda that she is Dylan's summer love. Brenda probably would have been angry, but in the end, she would have remembered her friend's honesty.
it's better that both (Kelly/Dylan) are present to tell Brenda...and when we see Brenda's aggressive manner in saying that Kelly uncrossed her legs I can't imagine her reaction in this scene if Kelly had told her that she was also the girl Dylan had an affair with over the summer.
Wait a second.. Even IF Kelly didn't have her fling with Dylan, how can you go out with the ex boyfriend of you bff days later knowing that was not only the first time of your bff but also her first love?? It's not like B and D dated for a few weeks or anything. Hey Dona by the way, Kelly was making out with Brenda's BOYFRIEND so she started not Brenda .🙄

You never ever go out with your bff boyfriend. She went after Dylan when Brenda was with him. She was jealous when Dylan went after Brenda and not her. I would never be friends with Kelly. I love Donna's part in this clip! But even 30+ years later, I still get so disgusted by Kelly (For Brenda). And people seem to forget that first she has a relationship with Dylan, then Brenda goes to London and Kelly ends up in bed with Brenda's brother. Its kind of gross.
*Lesson: NEVER have Kelly as a friend or girlfriend, or you will risk her betraying you horribly and gaslighting you, i.e. BLAMING you for it.* E.g., she stole Brenda's boyfriend Dylan, went steady with and then cheated on Dylan with Brenda's brother Brandon. In both cases she blamed the person she hurt, and made it out like it was their fault, when they retaliated. On that note how gross is it for Brandon to date Kelly, the girl who stole his sister Brenda's boyfriend? I will not go into any more commentary-- use your imagination-- how gross that sounds. One more thing, notice how Brenda eventually 'forgave them' and came back around to the group? She had no choice, as, if she had continued complaining, glaring and showing the stink-eye when Kelly and Dylan are fooling around, the 'cool friends' like Donna and Steve would have distanced themselves, as Brenda would have been deemed as whiny and 'not fun anymore'-- even her brother Brandon would (shameful since he is her brother after all). In teen years and even early adulthood, 'friends' tend to be selfish and gravitate towards the 'winners' in such situations, as it is not their sanity, hurt or pain that is at stake; all they care about is 'being cool' and having 'fun.' Here, Kelly and Dylan are the 'winners and Brenda is the 'loser.' The loser has to swallow his/her pride and get along with the 'winners' if they want to keep their 'friends.' Sad! That said, once we reach late adulthood, we have no qualms blasting the betrayers and those 'fake' friends who support them and willingly distancing ourselves from the entire toxic mess. *As adults, we realize that having genuine friends and peace of mind is more important than having so called 'good-time Charlie friends' to hang out and being 'cool.'* Any thoughts or comments?

I know the network wouldn’t let Brenda and Kelly kiss back then but it would have been hot if they touched each others faces a little and one ran her hands through the others hair while locking eyes. Hint at it.
In HS I had the BIGGEST crush ever on a guy who ended up asking me out. I was severely not ready to be a girlfriend, especially the physical part, and he was and I just couldn't do it. Needless to say it didn't work out. He ended up wanting to date my best friend and it was just so awkward cause we were a little group of friends like on this show. They really liked each other, but the point is my best friend came to me first and asked me if it was okay with me. Had I said no I don't think she would have gone out with him. Anyways, while our friendship was never the same and it was super cringe and like a kick to the stomach having them hold hands and kiss around me, it would have been an absolute nightmare had they just gotten together behind my back. I would have been destroyed. Moral is, there are TONS of fish in the sea, but only a handful of true kindred spirit best friends. It's just not worth risking that for a dude that you probably aren't gonna date very long anyway. If only we knew then what we know now, but then I guess it wouldn't have all been nearly as much fun :') ❤🩵
Shannen's beauty in her younger years is just mesmerizing.

I agree with you
Some of the worst acting to ever grace humanity
😂
I know the network wouldn’t let Brenda and Kelly kiss back then but it would have been hot if they touched each others faces a little and one ran her hands through the others hair while locking eyes. Hint at it.
Then Dylan runs off wlth a 45 year old horse lady! 😂
