You're at home and don't need gloves 😂. I just wash up when needed. I always add a touch of sugar to any dish with spaghetti sauce to cut acidity and enhance the sauce's flavor.

Love this recipe, all these recipes, actually. And, rice, also, is better for you after it’s been cooked and cooled in the refrigerator before you eat it. Cooling the rice works the same way with the carbohydrates as does cooling the pasta:)

With the guard like it really doesn’t matter. It depends on price if it’s cheaper to buy the fresh garlic I get that it’s cheaper to buy the jar garlic. I enjoy using that more.
❤FYI: Aldi's had a brand "mamma casita" of queso and salsa which is excellent and in my opinion better than Tostito brand and the salsa can be regular or chunky, and mild, medium
❤Rao's marinara or arrabiata sauce is best. Tastes like homemade from Italy. Fresh chopped garlic. Prepkg had additives and other oils. Garlic doesn't taste the same. I'm Italian/polish descent. Living in new jersey
I used Prego until I saw Cooks Country Marinara taste test- RAO Marinara was Winner. I just ordered Mezetra's Spaghetti sauces to try. I love their products.

The pasta can be frozen separately. Sbsolutely allow the animals in kitchenm they are family
