Beautiful property.
*United country lifestyle properties of Maine* What a beautiful home, thank-you for taking the time to show us around. GOD Bless.
Getting cheaper to live in Fairfield County CT than in Maine.
Gorgeous home ❤
1/2 a million for Hermon? LOL
What the heck..... is it on the ocean? Geeze!
Does it come completely furnished?
Omg New Jersey prices now in Maine. Next will be the crime and the Jersey shore mtv crew will be living in cabin next to Poland springs… good luck “homesteaders” or should I say “ Jersey shore snooky Homesteaders”…
You have to admit. This is inflation to the fullest. I started watching Maine properties in 2010 because of the value. They had acres of land on Penobscot river for $5k an acre. They had homes in Machias and Aroostook County for $150k. 14 years later. Those prices may never see daylight again!!!!
Yes, and 28 years ago it was half of that. Don't we all wish we purchased then. You will probably say the same thing about todays market 14 years from now.
Beautiful home and great space in the basement for more living space. Thank you for the showing .
The best property I've seen on this channel. It's really nice. I do wish I could buy it.
Maine folks are being priced out of buying in their own state… jeez
That's absolutely ridiculous price keep it
People who are hating on the price shouldn’t be looking at real estate, you’re in for a rude awakening.
Beautiful home. 2 garages,full basement,full farmers porch,just outside Bangor.
Try buying a home in Gorham or Biddeford of this size and caliber. Upwards of 800 thousand.
And , another magic thing about real estate,if it’s too expensive nobody will buy it.

I have a friend who bought his house in 2005 for a little over a million dollars. He sold it 14 years later for $835k after putting another $100k into it.
@@Corkfish1 I have your friend beat. I have worked my whole life. Just to see the United States Supreme Court dismiss $600k of my money. I don’t receive a dime. That is just with courts over property. If we add inflation?? Who knows how much that is????
can a foreigner, nonresident of the United States purchase this property ?
yes
Cracked driveway. Cheap Pex plumbing. An unfinished basement. In the middle of nowhere. Oh come on!!! There’s better properties out there for a much cheaper price.
