I own HT and they so sufficient even in the strong winter (actually the vents work perfect in long mountain hikes when your body generates so much heat not to create to much moist). Having said that, I can't wait to test new gen. out during the long hours of hunting in the rocky mountains. Here, I like the traditional button better as shown in here rather than zips, better replacement possibilities.
I got the XT 2 and Ima stick with them, but I still appreciate you listening to feedback!

I have the XT 2 and they are the best working combat pants i ever worn! You dont even feel wearing pants at all, felt strange the first time 😄 They altough work great with dropleg holsters and extermal kneepads. Which you dont really need because the knee pockets work incredibly perfect even without the retention system like the X has build in.

Got my pair of striker x's the other week, I only play airsoft but I go hard, they are comfortable, relatively warm without a liner and logical. My only criticism is that the knee pad adjustments on the back can start to rub behind your knee after a while. Over all 10/10 🔥🔥

Do these have the zippered safety pocket that sits within the pocket where you would put your hands in? Like you know the “main” pockets every pants have. I know it’s on the striker gen 2 but I just wanted to know

@Frinz: the new Striker X combat shirt is scheduled for Summer 2020 and also a new flectarn version of Striker X pants.

I want to buy a pair of Striker X pants this summer. I just don't like the two small front thigh pockets. Of course, the two small pockets are practical. I don't like it aesthetically. However, the ULT pants look very Cool. I'm just afraid that the thinner material isn't as durable as the Striker X material.
The Striker X are pants designed specifically for military operators and is made of extremely durable ripstop fabric. On the other hand, Striker ULTs are made specifically for hot and tropical conditions. They are made of NyCo extreme, which offers significantly more comfort in such conditions, but it is true that due to the optimum balance, which in this case leans in favor of comfort, this material is less durable than the one used on the Striker X pants. In fact, it is a great challenge to find the right balance between durability and comfort when designing tactical clothing, which is what Armin talks about here: th-cam.com/video/o3MrhAWVbzw/w-d-xo.html

All the pants are used?
Thiner fabric in the a*se area makes sitting on sharp rocks "little" bit uncomfy and I can feel it on the next day.

Or... you could just lose weight? These are sized with the expectation that someone specifically going into combat is physically fit, especially SOF guys. Not 300lb mall cops or airsofters in their backyard that wanna LARP.
Those are made for Spec Ops and Military. There is no need for anything larger than XL
