This is the best pant review video I have ever seen. Complete with dimensions , and features and even the smallest details external and internal are shown in close up shots. The review was meticulously made. Perfect lighting and clarity. And the suggestion to add a snap to the pocket is practical. Well done sir.
Thank you very much. I make my reviews without useless blahblah. I try to show all the details that I consider important to select a pant of this level. A technical pant is not to joke or fun, it is a serious gear.
What a fantastic detailed review of my favorite brand, much appreciated. Hope to see more reviews of UF PRO in the future! Ps. The editing skill is exquisite :]
@@SirioSechi 1. How fragile are the side pockets? 2. How sturdy is the pant in general? Can it take some "roughness" or do they break easily? 3. How "plastic" is the material? Is it thin to the skin? 4. Which weather seasons are the pant suitable for? 5. Do you recommend it as everyday pants? Nice video by the way!
Hi 1. The side pockets are not fragile at all, they are strong, both, the zipped one and the cell-phone one too. The only regret is that is missing a closure system, as I show at the end of the review. 2. It is my second UF-pro pant, the first is the All-terrain, both are sturdy. It is made with a very strong fabric but at the same time comfortable. With the all terrain I already passed through thorny brambles and the fabric remained intact. 3. No "plastic" effect or feeling. 4. Springtime and Autumn. You can resist in the European summer, not the south such Italy or Spain. For the winter is better add the inner underpants. 5. I use it every day, very comfortable. I hope give you the answers you expected.
I have 3 of these, but had to stop using them for daily wear. The material of the normal pockets is too weak compared e.g. to the material of 5.11 Defender Flex Jeans. Within a year of use all three pants got large holes in the pockets and the material thinned out. Did not yet happen to other pants with the same loadout in these pockets (phone and flashlight left front, slim wallet and keys right front)
Thank you. I am glad that you apreciate my video. Yes, is better practice and put high quality buttons. Personally I don't like velcro because the sound.
Original review! When sitting on rough materials such as rocks, cement, etc., the elastic Schoeller Strech rear area are resistant to abrasion? Thanks.
Hi Sirio Excellent review! What color is this? Is it "Kangaroo" or "Coyote brown"? I really don't understand that they don't make the P-40 Urban in olive (Brown grey in UF terms) and grey.
Great Review, Great pants, but the inside seam zipper destroys the fabric, cut it out on all of my P40. They damn neeed do make more colorways of those - at least some grey ... and YES- the Zipper to your Family Jewels ist much tooo short!
It is resistent, but it is thin, then you feel all the texture of the rock. It is not resistent such cordura, obviously. When I sit or scrach on a rock, I feel that I scratch or broken it, but when I check, it is still good. The stretch fabric is still stretchy after years and in good condition.

I have the exact same issue, the pockets are also inline with a seam that keeps rubbing on them, accelerating the wear.
Thank you for your report, I hope that UF-PRO will read this comment.
Best review ever ! All is told. Perfect !
Thank you, 😊
Finally someone making a real review! Nice idea with the pocket but my stitches look like shit, have to practice first.

UFpro need to see this!
Yes, they have seen, but they are not interested by a collaboration, what a pity.
Great review and wonderful video! 👏
Thank you

The most comfortable pants ever indeed
Yes it is except the fly zipper. 😬
Great review. Showed me everything I need to know about these pants without listening to a talking head droning on incessantly.

@@swaspc7618 From my point of view, the
P-40 All-Terrain Gen.2 is better. But is less urban.
Great review! BUT do they shrink in wash? Can't find any info about it. Thanks
Thank you. No, it does'nt shrink. The mine is always the same after one year.
Thanks!

Yes, I hope they correct these errors as soon as possible. The fly zipper is really too small.
@@SirioSechi The New Variant of this Model does have a better Solution - Yes ist longer/ - not the Two Way Zipper anymore

So is it not a waterproof!?
At the first use yes, but after the first wash in machine it loose at least 50 of its resistence to water. Too bad.
" let me show you how its done uf pro " * Takes out sewing machine* 😂😪
