Amazing hip opener stretches!! The arm balances arent so fun ;) What do you recommend we do to be able to do these arm balances? I can do crow and thats about it!
Cathy, I'll have to make something like that. I love the idea! :) Although one tip that really helped me was first working on my bakasana, after I had a strong bakasana the other arm balances made more sense because you're learning how to balance the weight of your body on your arms! :)

I’ve been having some severe issues with that Piriformis muscle on my right side... so much so that I may need to get an injection (again), But rolling on the ground in that posture helped loosen it up a bit 😁❤️ (I’ve never tried foam rolling, maybe I should?) Thank you for another great practice!
I'm glad you liked the practice! I love foam rolling once in awhile, if you enjoyed the rolling on the ground I definitely think you would like doing the same thing with a foam roller. It might just be a little more intense. :)
Plenty of challenges in that class. Really enjoyed it. That roll on the piriformis was great. Had knots there I wasn't even aware of. Thank you.

Sometimes even a tennis bal can work wonders, search youtube for a term called myo-facial release for more instructions on how to use them.
