The best way that we can think of is to get in contact with these builders directly by contacting/visiting them.True that they are sold at lightning speed.

Just a question I had while listening to all the information-the information to be discussed with the builders/Notar etc are all Fachbegriffe-extremely technical terms. Did you or your friends from the previous video carry out all discussions in german or was it possible to do it in English too ? I’m aware that you need to know German very well , but even a proficient speaker will probably not be able to understand the very technical terms. What’s your experience with this barrier ?
Thank you for watching. Since they bought it via a builder, they were assigned a translator who officially translated the document for them. You can find an English speaking Notar. However, he/she can translate it for you only if he/she is an official translator.
