    How we can use the "BPO" concept in the Humanitarian (non-profit making) setup?

    Thanks for sharing this, priceless👌👌👌 And more importantly I really liked how at the end you guys acknowledge that we have to lay our trust in God. That really hit home for me. I am just starting up an outsourcing business offering Finance and Accounting Services. I plan to start with a few staff (whom I intend to build into the core staff of the company) and later on build a VA team as we get more work in hopefully :). Would be very delighted if you could share some tips with me on especially the best way to structure and manage the team.

    Hello Linh! Thanks for sharing this. I would like to ask what is your alignment with the client when you are still starting your own outsourcing company, are they aware that you have someone who will do it and you are just communicating the requirement to your team? Are you transparent with them or there are cases where your client should not be aware of your business model. Thanks!

    When you started your business, did you take a Philippine business permit to start? Or did you get an LLC from your country?

    • @LinhPodetti
      @LinhPodetti  ปีที่แล้ว

      My business is based in Sydney Australia, so I applied my business permit here in AU.

      @@LinhPodetti Ahhh got it! So i assume since your guest base of operations is in the Phil, she took a Phil business permit first? I wonder if she also got one in the country where she came from. See i live in Silicon Valley and people keep telling me different info on where to get business first. US or Phil? My base of op will be in the Phil but i market directly here

    How much you charge per hour let’s say I need 50 agents working approximately 16 hours that’s two 8 hour shifts on a 40 hours per week basis that’s a total of 192000 hours per year my business is open 8am to 10 pm Central Standard Time Time zone in Austin, TX (GMT-6)
    Roughly how much
    Base your calculation on the total hours 192000 hours of operation
    The business task that I want to outsource is
    Receiving calls from both customers and parters on the platform and mediating small conflicts such issuing refunds to customers
    Some of the task has been fully automated but you do have customers who do need human contact
