I am just starting up an outsourcing business offering Finance and Accounting Services. I would like to ask what is your alignment with the client when you are still starting your own outsourcing company, are they aware that you have someone who will do it and you are just communicating the requirement to your team? Are you transparent with them or there are cases where your client should not be aware of your business model. Thanks!

When you started your business, did you take a Philippine business permit to start? Or did you get an LLC from your country?
My business is based in Sydney Australia, so I applied my business permit here in AU.
