7:28 Bahahaha... Product placement.. how many mugs do you have 😂 That is a great ideas with back up power and air source. Handsome fellow on the wall! 😂😂😂 Excellent video my friend and a great tour of the new fish room Thanks so much for the multiple subliminal shout outs
By the time I saw the photo of Chris on the wall, I was literally laughing out loud! 😂😂 Nice adaptation of the auto filing station and bilge pump tank emptying area. The parlor palms look so beautiful, and really neat that the ludwegia is growing emersed out of the tank. The baby angels look great! The tank at 8:57 is gorgeous. I might suggest green neons or blue axelrodi rasboras for color contrast. Loved the update, your videos always really do make my day a little brighter. Hope you have a great weekend, Gil! 🙂👍
I just googled the rasboras, they would be great if I could get some. I'm taking the kids down to the big smoke in a few weeks, so I will have a look for some.
Dear Gil: My water, sewer, and cartage bill runs about $50.00/month. It goes up, a few dollars, if I use a lot of water, which is plentiful, here in the Ohio River Valley. I do water changes, with a siphon and 5-gallon bucket. But, I do save used, aquarium water, to flush the toilet. I’m very impressed, with the amazingly professional job you’re doing, on your fish room. I look forward to seeing detailed videos, on each set-up. I’m particularly interested in your plant-culturing tank. It appears you are having super success with red flora. Thank you, for sharing your work, on TH-cam. All my best, Sincerely, E. J. Brinegar
Thanks E.J. The plant farm is a dirted tank with a sand cap. I believe the red comes from the intensity of the light, as when plants become shaded, they tend to go greener.
Dear Gil: I found it necessary, to remove a few of the lights, on my, CO2-injected, 75-gallon tank, as algae was out of control. I hope to replace them, once the tank reaches a better balance. Perhaps then, I can purchase more, red plants, as mine have lost their luster. Thank you, for sharing your expertise. Sincerely, Brinegar
I think that cup is possessed 🤔 nice room, great set up.i think a couple of glow light Tetra's would look great in your new tank. Can't wait to see behind the cloaked tank . Keep up the good work . Love these videos

No mugs were harmed during the making of this video Jeff. I was having a coffee while filming and didn't realise that the Stubbs mug somehow found its way into every shot! I hope you stir him up about it next time hes is on an AAA meeting live stream.
Awesome fishroom tour Gil 😊, you have some amazing looking tank setups and your fish look super happy and healthy. Love that fully aquascaped aquarium with the path. Pro aquascaper? Thanks for sharing mate 😊
Is there any trick to putting 2 batteries into parallel? Is there a right order to do it in, so nothing shorts? I watched your original video from a while back, but that was only using the single battery :)
If you join positive to positive, and negative to negative, that is parallel. This turns two 100ah batteries into one 200ah battery while still remaining 12 volts. Joining positive to earth and earth to positive, means they are connected in series, which will give you 24 volts. I hope that helps.
To be honest Wayne, I have not tested it yet, as there is a lot of salvinia floating on top without a huge bio load in the tank. Once I get caught up with everything, I will start playing around with it.

I was just having a coffee while filming Mal. I didn't realise the mug had found it's way into every shot until someone pointed it out to me.
True mate, I've been working harder than Pavarotti's belt.
Just watched all three episodes on the build and enjoyed the content from this channel. Got my sub and bell turned on. Fired Up!!!
Great work mate!
Awesome fish room 🤙🏾
Thanks mate. 😊
Hahaha great Vid ... lol 27 or so odd places to find a Stubbs Aquatic mug ,, hahahaha
I was having a coffee while filming the update. I had no Idea that the mug found its way into the video 27 times!
Witam serdecznie pozdrawiam z Polski miłego weekendu życzę
G'day from Australia mate. 😀
Nice to see a new video.Im yet to set up my backup yet as im waiting to setup the new big cichlid tank.
Cool. I look forward to seeing your set up.

Not a pro aquascaper by a long shot mate!
Great looking planted tanks! I love that tank with parlour palm. Is that a massive Amazon sword plant in the left corner?
Thanks mate. That is a big bunch of Java fern, Windelov and Java moss.
Nice work mate!
Thanks mate.👍
will stubs have your face on his next videos, too?
Not if he wants people to watch it...
Those iwagumi style tanks always seem to suit slender fast fish. Danio? White Mountain Cloud Minnows?
I was considering White clouds, although I want something that will keep in a tighter school.

😀😀😀
do I see a tank getting filled with Java ferns?
It is regular Java fern and Windelov. No Anubias, it died a slow death.
And how is the Anoxic setup going?
To be honest Wayne, I have not tested it yet, as there is a lot of salvinia floating on top without a huge bio load in the tank. Once I get caught up with everything, I will start playing around with it.
