Yeah it’s tough… I have a torsion key crank installed but it does kill the ride a bit…. I only cranked it about an inch higher though…. Keeping as much travel as possible.
Which add a leaf did you install/where did you get it? Got a link by chance? Im looking for one for my ranger but i can only find the short ones that go at the bottom of the pack
Good video! Appreciate the step-by-step info. I added blocks to my 2001 Ranger 4wd a few months back. The instructions said to their add blocks to "factory suspensions only". The place where I purchased my blocks was "Supreme Suspensions". I asked them if my ranger "stock" blocks like the stock blocks in your video would be considered part of my "factory suspension" as they came stock when I bought my 4x4. Kind of confusing, but they said to "never stack two sets of blocks" on top of one another. Same as what you mentioned. Keep the videos coming. Question: What size wheels and tires do you have on in this video? -Thanks
Glad it was helpful 👍 The rims are 16” tires 285/65 16…. But I just put 275/65 16 on. I found the wider tires were just to big…. Causing a lot of wear on the front end components.
Sorry for the late reply just got back from A 4 week road trip. I installed the torsion key lift, but they are not cranked that much…. It also has a 3” body lift.
Fantastic video! I just bought a 2011 4x4 4.0 sport
Awesome last year of the best ranger 😄👍
Would love to see a video like this for the front end of the 4x4 rangers. Options other than cranking the torsion. Id like to keep the ride quality.

Can you more than 1 add a leaf spring
Yeah I guess, but it’s already stiff with just the one….. if you were to install two I think it would give you a horrible ride down the road.
Great instruction!
Thanks… appreciate the comment
I'm in Ontario too love the channel bud keep it up
Right on! Glad to have you along… lots of interesting stuff coming 😄

Sorry I bought a parts truck and it came with it, I don’t have a number or link.
