@@nimrakhan5897you can only answer incoming calls using that option of allowing other calls and you can not make calls on the same device.
Correct me if I'm wrong, we can use Apple watch with eSim n then we can attend/do calls on iphone, is that possible?

Best method: sell that non pta phone and buy another instead of buying chota iphone or that device that needs pta approval aur uspe alag kharcha🤷♂️🤷♂️
U can buy an iphone 6plus PTA approved for 15k and use sim in it and connect the mobile with your iphone instead of giving 150k for pta approved best and cheapest method

I am using SCOM ka sim but call wagera ni hota ha bcz it runs on roaming in other cities plus you don’t recharge it in down cities 😢😢

SCOM is available in whole of the Azad Kashmir and works absolutely fine. It is free of cost or Rs. 100 from here.
