there is no difference in performance between E-sim and physical sim card. It’s just how to phone registers on the network. No data flows through the sim card so doesn’t matter which type of sim you are using. The carrier data speed and signal strength will not change from one to the other.

FYI, not all iPhones in Pakistan can use an ESIM. For example, iPhones from China, Macau or Hong Kong region (with dual physical SIM) cannot use ESIM.

One at a time but if you have iphone 13 it has one physical and dual esim so you can run 3 sims at the same time
