trust me i can speak from experience. take that manifold and throw it in the trash and find something else. Mine cracked 100 times and was rewelded 100 times and it always cracks again.
I unfortunately bought one of those cheap ebay 2.3T headers. Had to do some minor grinding on the welds with a dremel to fit some of the mounting bolts. Once attached to the head, it was apparent it wasn't milled flat and I paid a machine shop to plane the mounting flange. Too bad I forgot to check the turbo mounting surface as it was warped as well. At that point with hearing about all the cracking issues and the need for spending more with another machine shop visit, I decided to cut my losses and toss that damned thing. I ported and reinstalled the E6 factory exhaust manifold. Good enough and no issues.
