Machina Arcana might be the most under appreciated game i’ve come across in more than a decade of board gaming. It is absolutely amazing and leagues better than most dungeon crawlers that have come out since. The stories are next level and the gear and mad abilities they give you are so much fun.
Doesn’t really matter where they come from- Kickstarter, Germany, Japan… they are Alex’s favorite 100 games as of Dec 2024. It’s not a buying guide yo. It’s one dude’s subjective faves. Hopefully good kickstarters get reprinted, or have multiple print runs.

I love Machina Arcana. It's an insane, weird game.
I couldn’t agree more!
I own 3 on this list. Kemet, Welcome to the Moon and Faraway.
The Texas chainsaw massacre: slaughterhouse is by far my favorite board game ever
Curious to see how it stacks up against last year. Maybe all the complaints again
Please include timestamps on the rest of the videos!

from these 10 games I only own 97 in the list ... Im hoping to have more in next videos 😂🤞🏼
Can we place our bets on how many in the top 100 will have been Kickstarter games?! I'm putting my money on 31!
