- The FAMOUS and UNDEFEATED Food Challenge, El Gigante - a giant peanut butter and Jelly Burger Challenge in Kansas at a Restaurant, bar, & entertainment establishment called the Pennant in Topeka KS. This insane burger challenge has a side of fries, a massive bun and a giant burger patty and a pound of bacon, smothered in Thai peanut sauce and home made jelly. I wanted to try and defeat this challenge twice , yes double the challenge to equal over 9lb of food! Can we beat this undefeated challenge? In the 30 minute time limit or will be have to pay $100 for the two unbeaten challenges? Randy Santel and Katona Eats Kilos have since tried this challenge also!

Oregonian here, we have a unique burger joint called Jasper's, the "Jiffy Burger" has been a staple burger for well over a decade, provolone, bacon, peanut butter, and a raspberry chipotle jam. It satisfies every time :)

Joel is my favorite person to view during competitions or just all you can eat. I enjoy watching him eat because he eat cleanly and quickly. Then still describes his foods so well. He truly makes you want to go try the food . Most of all Joel has a kind and caring heart. If he’s eating with Scott or other competitors, he cheers them on, if they’re getting the meat sweats he applies ice to the back of their neck, and has slowed his eating to allow them to catch up and let their times look better.
I just love watching you. You blow me away with how much you can eat. And you can never ever have too much bacon. Way to go!!!
