Joel has around a 16 pound capacity. He recently did a double full english breakfast that was about 16 pounds and he was in Texas another time and did a full prime rib roast with sides that was about 16 pounds
If people only knew how hard it is to down so much bread like that. It hurts my tummy just by watching, but enjoying every minute of it. I just love how Joel eat all his meals with so much passion.
I always enjoy seeing you in competitions! You eat very neat! You also eat it quickly and have lots moving down quickly! Thus fun to watch you eat. But you describe the taste of each ingredient very well, complimenting the staff and guests watching! TY for your hard work to maintain your health and keep yourself fit

I mentioned your name and said I cannot believe this Joel Hansen guy... his ability to eat a large amount of food is something that I have never seen in my life. I wish you were at our table to help us out with the appetizers at least hahaha
When you said ketchup and eggs it reminded me of a memory with my dad. He mixed all his food and I had once asked him if he mixed his eggs in ketchup cause he grew up poor and had to do things like that. He said no, he just liked it. 😆😆

Joel, that wheatberry bread makes an excellent grilled 4- cheese, tomato. and onion sandwiches! I use to make them for staff at a country club. A triple decker club, too!!

I was lucky enough to watch him in a few challenges last month. He is an absolute sweetheart.
