  • बदलते मौसम में शरीर में दर्द हो थकान,आलस या कमजोरी, सबका एक ही इलाज||panjiri laddoo|| Aate and gond ke laddoo||desi ghee ke laddoo||gond aur nariyal laddoo||
    ingrefients-
    wheat flour-500gm.
    gond-150gm.
    powder sugar or bura-320gm.
    coconut-160 gm.
    desi ghee-320gm.
    almond-35gm.
    ☆gond fry at medium flame small batches and ghee
    use small quantity.
    ☆ use desi ghee for good health and taste
    ☆use bura or sugar powder
    ☆when atta cool down then add sugar in mixture
    ☆when fry wheat flour on medium flame after7-8 min. add ghee in small quantity
    ☆grind coconut till releasf oil for best result
    this recipe good for health.
