I love my fellow Dominican's. HOWEVER, I have been to about 6 all inclusive resorts out there (most of which were 5 star) and NEVER received good treatment. They would take care of the white tourists and not my family. Needless to say, I will not be going to anymore resorts while visiting my home country. Was not surprised to hear that your butler was rude. Always enjoy your reviews!
You call it a low budget resort that's not right,I love the service and the crew,every day these people serve you with a smile. And that must be said. I definitely recommend this resort to everyone and especially the daimond club update. greetings from the Netherlands 🇳🇱

Carmen, when your family visited this resort had it already been bought out by The Marriott? Kinda sucks that the you said the food was just ok…I’m actually visiting next week for my birthday. So my husband and I were having a laugh. At ourselves because we were thinking we’ve been going to what’s considered a 5 star luxury. So I guess I was hoping to get some advice. Since you called this a budget resort, can you please recommend a high end one?
I was there in December 2019 for 10 days (2 people). I'm from Canada , I paid $4500, everything included ,airplane tickets, food ,drinks all day/night. I only bring money for tips and souvenirs. We had a regular junior suite room with jacuzzi, not Diamond club.
Hello. Love your channel!! Have been in this resort summer last year. Room was amazing, but horrible food. After been in so many all inclusive, honestly this was the worst food resort ever. Very sad, since it is beautiful!!!! But for those that love to eat good food, like my family, not for us!!!
Royalton should build a new property in Ocho Rios. You would have a unique experience especially off property with the many attractions for the kids. Lol

Did you have to specify which chairman you wanted in order to get the ground floor with the pool ? I saw another video where they had a chairman on the second floor with just a jacuzzi on the balcony… & I don’t want that 😩

Nope! Not Excellence. That’s adults only which is why we haven’t been. But we have been to Finest which is their sister resort for families and it’s great! Nothing but love for that brand 😀
@@TopFlightFamily just came back from Finest because of your review and it was probably a 4 out of 5 we had the Junior Suite w/private pool. We had a great time and the food was the best we have had at an all inclusive so far.
I worked it out from the comments but I don’t think you mentioned which country this is in. I’m personally not familiar with Punta Cana. Great video otherwise, as usual!
12,9 and 8month old looking to go away not have to spend any money there full all inclusive don’t plan to leave resort want to go in December looking for water slides

Been to Hard Rock Punta Cana twice…The food is good but honestly, unless you want to get harassed about buying a time share every 5 minutes…DON’T DO IT! We went 4 years ago and then again this year and it’s really gone downhill. Just a thought.
@@debbieradner1153 Royalton Bavaro is great! We went this past November. Next month we’re headed to Royalton Chic (adults only). Dreams Onyx is great too (customer service), however, you can’t go wrong with Marriott brand hotels, i.e. Royalton etc. Hope this helps!😉

I heard so much different opinions it’s beautiful it’s not a budget hotel it’s beautiful how is a 4 star budget and budget hotel is 1-2 star!

this resort is huge wich is a no no if you have kids and sucks that they have different level where they seperate guests
