      @@andresm6250 nah. I think I'm going to keep mine original. It's in too good of shape. They will be hard to find later on. Cool chopper though for sure. I switched my focus to a homemade trike I bought off of an old grade school buddy. Thinking a predator 212 or maybe the 79cc predator. Have to see later on. Hell I may go full electric on that too. I have a 48v motor and battery i can put on it. Have to see what the kids want. I actually put the bafang mid drive in my schwinn commuter bike. That thing hauls with me on it and I'm 230 lbs. I had it up to 35. That's about as fast as I need. Bafang is a good motor but it gets hot in the summer. Been noticing it lately. Thanks for the videos. Keep up the good work.

      @@psychopete3848 thank you on the review of the bafang as I just received mine in the mail today and was looking at video Although watch out with the tricycle. They tip over quit easily at fast or bumpy turns

      @@andresm6250 yeah I know. I. Going to modify it for more stability. Maybe lower the rear axle for lower center of gravity. I put almost 800 miles on my bafang so far. Had to change the chain and my rear freewheel but maintenance is to me expected. I burn through tired too. Maybe one a month on the rear. But for the $715 I have in it man is it fun! I have way more fun getting to my locations than someone in a car. It's a blast. I actually get through town faster than any car as well. Riding a bike has it advantages.

    Don't think the guy had any intention to show how he built it only to show off how tough he is 💪😎

      Hi. I didn't make a movie from the building process of this bike. Too much other stuff to do. I have movie with Bafang motor conversion made for another bike in my library. This movie has more like an advert convention for my services. You can make similar one with conversion process, it's easy ;).

    Dude, I’ve finally found someone that’s done this. I just pulled the trigger today and should have my motor kit next week. Which size did you use for the motor bottom bracket? I chose the 74-100 mm cause it was so darn close on the measurement with the chain guard. Would you be willing to answer a question or two should I run into issues?

    • @LierskogenEbikes
      @LierskogenEbikes  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I used 68-73 mm motor version. I think bottom bracket on this bike is 68 mm width. I can answer some questions.

    How many tooth sprocket did you go with up front? I know stock is 44, I’m about to put in an order for the 52v BBSHD version. I’m thinking about going with the 42 tooth sprocket for some good acceleration.

    • @LierskogenEbikes
      @LierskogenEbikes  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I kept standard chainring. The acceleration is really good. But the max speed was around 30 km/h. You can play with size of casette to get higher speed.

    Hey, do you need to modify the Bbs02 for a footbrake bike, as this do not have freewheel?

    • @LierskogenEbikes
      @LierskogenEbikes  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You need to buy a motor version for coaster brakes. There is not just a mechanical difference between normal and coaster type. In TSDZ2 motor walk assistance is turned off for factory settings, I think Bafang programmed similar limitations.
