@Nutna hey thanks for watching! Basically shorter stem will have a quicker steering response but you’d be more laid back as the cockpit is closer to your body, therefore in climbing the weight is pushed to the rear. shorter stem is mostly better on gravity oriented bikes. For me, to pair the shorter stem is a wider handle bar at least 760mm to control the quick steer. Hopefully this helps. Thanks!
