With all due respect (1). 23 lakh crores amount is the amount which is supposed to be shared with state governments which is their own shre of GST and taxes. It is union government holistic duty to do the same and It is not something Modi is doing out of courtesy to states. (2). The allocation of funds to our state and bihar is only due to political reasons and to secure government. Modi is not having that much big heart to help Andhra..if it is the case he should have helped us Better when he don't have dependency on our mp.
