Right now i have the FLAMMA FX200 as well as the well acclaimed HOTONE Ampero II STAGE at home and need to decide which one to keep. So the question is: FLAMMA and HOTONE seems to be either the same or kind of affiliated Company, obviously sharing many common things like partially same Presets, same kind of Software, according to some the same coding etc. So do they sound the same then? In this Video i've used the same Amp and IR on both units with the same settings, Effects i dialed up the stock Presets (Ampero not having a Room Reverb).
NO! They have their similarities in Sound obviously, but as soon as you are firing up the Hotone Ampero II Stage you immediately can FEEL and hear it is a different kind of a Tone Monster! The sound has more depth and clarity as well as more dynamics besides having more Effects etc. What do YOU think?
Let me know in the COMMENTS below!

they sound very similar, the thing is that in cheaper devices they cannot copy exactly the amp, obvious copyright infringement.

Not exactly the same, but close enough that I feel shocked.
    Seems multi-fx ain't getting better.

Thanks for your comment. But i need to disagree! These kind of units are getting better and better! Thus said, what you can't hear in the Video is the "feel", and the feel is way way more natural dynamic clear open and better with the Ampero Stage. The Flamma feels (and sounds) a bit more artificial and anemic, makes it more feel like a toy - but: it still sounds shockingly great or its money (which is half of the Ampero).

The Ampero is more ful and has better gain response I think. The Flamma sounds fine, just kinda thin.
    Nice demo. :D

Thanks for your comment. You are right! But Flamma ist only half the price and its not that much different.
