my isp won't allow it i figure it out, for it to work i must buy SOHO package which contains dynamic public ip, for current packgae it won't work

I have one issue that not able to download ssl vpn client in Sophos XG Firewall due to certificate error.

Yes I am trying with port number, I configured the SSL VPN . Access the User Portal, click on the SSL VPN tab and clicking "Download Client and Configuration for Windows" does not start the download, it does not issue any error, nothing happens.

right question, you have to map your public IP with DNS so who reach to your DNS then its redirected to your Public IP

check with company vendor as models are keep changing
I had done same and tested VPN & WAN access was working......but after 2 -3 days users not able to connect using VPN....and also i'm not able to access web admin portal through WAN IP even though i have checked mark to allow access through WAN......only Though LAN IP web admin is accessible
Please check your public ip and port from there side it open or not
