Hello Sir. I have configured SSL VPN on a firewall XG210. But VPN end users are complaining that they are getting slowness while fetching our servers. If they run any simulation on CLI using mobaxterm through VPN connectivity, they are getting slow server response. As of now I was using TCP connection for SSL but now I have changed to UDP. Somehow speed has increased but connection is not continuous over the VPN as end users are getting disconnected frequently while working on the servers.

Create Lan to vpn and vpn to lan rule , and check your access and ping

There is 2 option to solve your problems.
1- Turn off your 🪟 Server Firewall
2- Login sopbos Firewall and goto administration option and select DEVICE Access, Select Ping and click on VPN Line.
Check and revert me.

Goto SSL VPN Unchecked Default gateway. Than try your issue will resolve,
Default gateway is off also I make firewall rule for lan to VPN and VPN to wan and vice versa
