    I work for a company that develops immigration case management software and I can tell you... these immigrants follow through. These forms are so over inflated, just completing them is difficult and often requires assistance from an attorney. This makes me believe it's an even bigger insult to those undergoing the process and waiting sometimes decades to get residency just to have the line jumped by illegal immigrants. I suggest, anyone trying to get in, read up on USCIS DOL DHS AND PERM. Just read the guides on their government websites. Copies of ALL immigration forms can be downloaded for free, and the filing fees are all posted on the sites. This will save you your arms and legs in lawyer fees if you just file for yourself without a lawyer...because trust me, I've seen lawyers mess things up on the forms just like any human being, but even using our system which is fully compliant. The lawyers, case workers, and paralegals still mess up the process even with our amazing software. So you might as well try yourself for high hundreds or low thousands of dollars, instead of several thousand or tens of thousands of dollars you'll owe an attorney.

    Thank you for your public service in explaining this complex process. This feels very unjust. The poor immigrant can't work until she gets status, but she can't get status until she has money.

    Hi, nice video! Question: how to expect an income from an immigrant who is not yet allowed to work? I mean the marriage with a US citizen will for the very first time give this immigrant the possibility of obtaining a work permit and social security card.
    USCIS knows the immigrant doesn’t have a source of income as he/she is not allowed to work considering the fact that the immigrant came on a B1/2 visa for instance.

      I think this is their way of rejecting most lower socioeconomic individuals. My daughter in law is in the same situation. Without a social security number you can't have a legal job or private health insurance. They know that and that's how they deny you.

    Questions on two of the points:
    Assets - Are we referring to assets such as owned property? Such as property she owns back in her country such as a condo?
    Health Insurance - Does being on her husbands employer insurance policy count as having health insurance and clearing this item?

      @@estadounidensemexfortuna4481 FACT: The majority of people on welfare are American caucasian, not people from other countries. Most people who migrate here are hard workers that want to leave their country because of violence and all they want is a better life for their children. Also, they pay taxes that support all the government programs American caucasian use like walfare. I dont know if you heard but Social security will run out one day because Americans aren't working as much. Immigrants put in 50+ hours a week at work and SS will be kept fed and wont run out. I know two millionaires who came to this country with nothing and didn't use a single government program. Get your FACTS straight. Sorry mija pero estas mal.

    So, I was correct. Ineligible but may be offered a bond. 👍🏽 I can see the benefits of this new standard to current Americans to protect assets but I also see how it makes it difficult for people to get their family member’s immigrated. Business wise, this seems like a wise change, emotionally it sucks. They can possibly get a GC but it’s gonna cost!...$8,100.00!!!😱😱😱😱😖😖

    • @carolinesedition5312
      @carolinesedition5312 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      $8100 is the minimum, can be more than that and its up to DHS to decide whether you can get a bond or not. But if all fails and no bond granted, cant her husband apply for a waiver for hardship saying he needs her to help him take care of the children.

    • @myopinion54
      @myopinion54 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@carolinesedition5312 That would be nice but unless I missed it when I was reading the instructions and reasons for a waiver, that's not a reason for one. But if a person is offered a Bond of at least $8,100 or more by DHS; like you said, they will have the option to go thru an approved Bonding/Surety Company or they can pay it cash. The cash Bond earns interest, at least and is returned once the requirements are met and the Bond is not found to have been breached. Going thru a company one may have a monthly fee to secure it but they won't have to come up with such a large amount of cash all at once.

      America was never intended to be a "melting pot" by the first settlers, communists within what later became the Democratic party and globally (Neo-Liberal elites) pushed divide and control policies for their benefit, knowing damn well it would create tribal disunity.
      Let us also not forget that the instigators who perpetrated the French revolution were the first Marxist revolutionaries, they later sent the Statue of Liberty to America as a symbol of long term globalist intentions, later the W.A.S.P elites joined forces fiscally to unleash the dishonest democratic republic dialectic, a financial corporate third Rome, propped up by rigged elections, and money printing, in Europe we know too well how the Protestant reformation went on to destabilise individual nation states.

      "Notice that the new intersection of the money supply curve and the money demand curve is at a lower value of money but a higher price level. This happens because more money is in circulation, so each bill becomes worth less. It takes more bills to purchase goods and services, and thus the price level increases accordingly."
