Very good podcast indeed and a very good message, but you need to understand this thing that they can serve and they are also serving, however, at the same time they cannot because they have to work in a certain framework that is already laid out for them and which hinders a CSP officer as well to work independently. Discuss any topic in Pakistan. At the end you are for sure going to say: this is a sad reality in Pakistan. It is not only bureaucracy, but also the larger state apparatus that is beyond repair. In addition to state, there are countless things where I feel the "sad reality".
Very good podcast indeed and a very good message, but you need to understand this thing that they can serve and they are also serving, however, at the same time they cannot because they have to work in a certain framework that is already laid out for them and which hinders a CSP officer as well to work independently. I hope you got the point, anyways I'm not preparing for css exam or anything but this is my individual opinion or analysis you can say. Still a very good message.
